Move configuration of Elytron subsystem root attributes from 'Security - Elytron > Security Realm / Authentication > Authentication > Default Authentication Contex' menu to 'Security - Elytron > Settings' or similar menu

In https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/commit/0546405ef22ee47d43ab1213a9aed5105331d9d5 security-property resource was transformed to attribute of Elytron subsystem. This caused that configuration of this resource disappeared from Web Console (from Elytron/Other) and is now located in 'Security - Elytron > Security Realm / Authentication > Authentication > Default Authentication Contex' menu. Such location is not intuitive and is difficult to find.

This is a regression against 7.1.0.ER1.
