Cannot install central update zip when offline into devstudio

      1. Download and install devstudio
      2. Download updatesite-central archive
      3. Go offline
      4. Install new software and use archive to downloaded zip.
      5. Uncheck Group items by categories, select all
      6. Continue installation
      7. ASSERT: All is installed, no remediation and no error
      Actual result: cannot proceed with installation due to missing bundles

      When trying test case, where devstudio is installed and I am offline (no internet connection) and I have available updatesite-central.zip file locally, I should have finished the installation, but instead, I got error collecting items to be installed
