Ide-config.properties file [1] contains URLs of discovery sites. In the "snapshot" section, there are links for Devstudio 4.4.4.AM2, these links are pointing to master branch but should point to 4.4.neon branch.

We have to fix it in [1] and in fragment file(s) [2]
