      Nick: you want a zip containing the installer .exe + all the deps, NOT a massive installer w/ all the deps in it
      Denis: that is correct
      they should just be placed next to DeveloperPlatformInstaller.exe in dist/win/DeveloperPlatformInstaller/
      so we would workaround limitataion for 600Mb
      we lose uninstalling and record in windows registry, but we can deliver 1G+ installer
