In http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/10.0/snapshots/builds/devstudio.versionwatch_master/2015-09-25_14-27-05_B2870_report_detailed_filtered.html we see versionwatch complaining that the version of com.jboss.devstudio.core.feature went DOWN from 10.0.0 to 9.0.0.

Obviously we need to fix the version diffing engine so it sees more than the first digit of the version, and therefore sees 10 > 9, rather than 1 < 9.
