      There are multiple "action doesn't implement IEditorActionDelegate" issues

      Spring 3.2 we have in Central can have multiple issues on Kepler because of this.

      We should consider to use Spring 3.3 (http://www.springsource.org/downloads/sts-ggts) or skip Spring plugins for 7.0.0.

      Marked with respin-b to decide further steps before GA.
