remove jslint ? rockstartapps is down and jslint seem to not have source code avaiilable

    Description

      we have our ASL 2 licensed binary copy at but http://blog.avirtualhome.com/rockstarapps-for-eclipse/ indicates the site is down and not coming up.

      We can't release with this loaded by default as things stand right now.
