Paths added during installation are not added when JBDS starts with existing workspace

      1. Install JBDS 5 Beta3a and add a runtime path during the installation
      2. Start your newly installed JBDS with a workspace you previously used
      3. Check if the path is searched at start - it's not - FAIL
      4. Check the path is included in Preferences -> JBoss Tools -> JBoss Tools Runtime Detection - it's not - FAIL
      5. Restart JBDS with a new workspace - the path will now be searched and included as expected

      When you add a path to be searched for runtimes during the installation of JBDS, it should be added and searched when you start JBDS after installation. This works under normal circumstances, but not in a specific case when you start your new JBDS installation with an existing workspace. In this case the path won't be searched nor included in the runtime paths.
