Installing helloworld quickstart via JBoss Central includes a web.xml file in the quickstart's WEB-INF dir

      Attempting to access the installed quickstart at: http://localhost:8080/jboss-as-helloworld/HelloWorld

      Fails with a 404 error unless the (unnecessary) web.xml file is deleted.
