Maven SAR configurator is missing in m2e extras

          Description

          Verifying JBIDE-9127 was not possile in JBDS 5.0.0.M3 H28 with m2e extras installed. Plugin for configuring SAR project (org.jboss.tools.maven.jbosspackaging.feature.feature.group) is missing.

                JBDS is not supposed to have these in yet.

                Well, per my fix above it should be in JBDS 5.0.M4 in trunk. If you want it removed, assign this to me.

                Marking as resloved, since given feature is available in extras, I'll verify whether it works once we get M4 build
