JBDS 4.1 CR4 - new Rules creation wizard - refers to 'rule flow' files as 'process' files

When creating a new Rules project, the user should be given the option of creating a new Rule Flow file (.rf) - the user docs (currently under review) match this screen shot:

In JBDS 4.1 CR4, the references to Rule Flow have been replaced with "process file."
