Update is disabled for all feautures under Windows 7 if JBDS is installed into "Program FIles" folder

      EXEC: 1. Install JBDS in default location
      EXEC: 2. Start JBDS
      EXEC: 3. Open About JBoss Developer Studio Dialog -> Installation Details
      EXEC: 4. Select any root feature none on Installed Software tab
      ASSERT: 5. Check that Unistall and Update button at the bottom are enabled

      Run JBDS as Administrator

      Disable User Account Control
