JBoss AS does not start on Mac OSX with Lithuanian regional settings

    Description

      JBoss AS does not start on Mac OSX, when in System Preferences -> Langualge & Text -> Language is set to Lithuanian. Error stack trace provided in JBoss Forum Reference.
      Changing regional settings to English, o setting java options "java -Duser.language=en..." makes JBoss to start working.
