Create a service for parsing multiple CacheManager schema and exposing CacheManagers

Parse document that configures multiple CacheManager configurations, expose the CacheManagers via JNDI, MC beans service locator utility etc.

Delegate the actual Infinispan Configuration object parsing to the Infinispan code; don't duplicate.
