Do not rely on single "server/target/etc/deployers/metadata-deployer-jboss-beans.xml" list

We should not rely on the single "server/target/etc/deployers/metadata-deployer-jboss-beans.xml" list. Deployments should be self contained with proper jboss-scanning.xml (or whatever is necessary).
