Looking at deployment structure

Currently within the testsuite we are using the DeploymentUnits to look at deployment structure.
This was a hack to fix the tests that previously used the DeploymentInfo.

The correct way to look at the deployment structure is to use ProfileService's ManagedDeployment api.
