Move OpenDS related tests out of AS5 test suite

    Description

      The Proof of concept for OpenDS has worked quite well. But the OpenDS version used by the test suite is quite old. OpenDS using ldap tests should be part of the SECURITY project.

      So please move all OpenDS related tests/helpers etc to this location:
