Shutdown of ProfileService is done after the undeployment of bootstrap-beans.xml

    Description

      There's a bug in AbstractServerImpl where it if you shutdown during startup, the bootstrap-beans.xml
      the profile service shutdown is ignored and only bootstrap-beans.xml is shutdown.
