      shutdown of JBoss-3.2.0 stops at this point:

      I got this problem on different OS (linux, Solaris,
      ReliantUnix) with different JDK's (1.4.2beta, 1.4.1,
      1.4.0, 1.3.1) and different configurations (all,
      default, my own).
