Handle JaasSecurityDomain registration via JNDI

With the move towards JNDIBasedSecurityManagement, away from the objectfactory residing inside the JaasSecurityManagerService, we need to get the JaasSecurityDomain instances registered in the hashmap driving the objectfactory.
