ConnectionFactoryTemplate.xsl incorrectly sets isSameRM-override-value

    Description

      The ConnectionFactoryTemplate.xsl was inadvertently modified and as a result incorrectly sets the isSameRM-override-value as a config property. This should be set as an attribute of the ConnectionManager.
