Upgrade to JBoss Cache 1.4.0.SP3

Issue list for 1.4.1.SP3 – a few are significant enough to justify getting them in AS 4.2.0:

Intention is to hand SP3 to QA on March 12; must be out of QA by US time morning of March 16 so I can get it integrated into Branch_4_2 for the build that goes to QE the following Monday.
