ExternalContext needs to expand its proxy interface collection

The Context proxy created by the ExternalContext does not look at all classes in the type hierarchy when building the list of interfaces to pass into the Proxy.newProxyInstance call. Since Class.getInterfaces() only returns those interfaces directly declared, this may not include the Context interface if a superclass is where its declared.
