      GNU JAF: JavaBeans? Activation Framework, is a drop-in replacement for sun's implementation found in activation.jar

      The sources can be downloaded from here:
      http://www.gnu.org/software/classpathx/jaf/jaf.html

      We need to test to see if there are any issues with replacing this.
