On undeploy JBossCacheManager expires sessions before sending out a STOPPING event

The stop() sequence in JBossCacheManager is incorrect – a Lifecycle.STOPPING event should be issued before session expiration starts. Otherwise ClusteredSSO will invalidate any SSO's associated with the sessions.
