    Description

      Upgrade joesnmp to v0.3.4.

      This version includes some bug fixes including make use of the specified bind address when building agents. This was causing a problem in the linked issue JBAS-2911.

      I need to spend some more time on this, since I'm actually producing the joesnmp releases on sourceforge
