Inject ClusterPartition into HAServiceMBeanSupport

HAServiceMBeanSupport currently takes a PartitionName attribute, and uses it to do a JMX query to find the HAPartition. This should be changed so the ClusterPartition MBean is injected via <depends optional-attribute-name> and the HAPartition is retrieved from the ClusterPartition.

Need to think this through a little bit, as this is a base class used by potentially many other classes, including user code. So probably need to support the old way as well.
