Upgrade JBossCache from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4SP2

    Description

      We need to upgrade JBossCache version to 1.2.4SP2.

      Reasons:

      1. Performance enahancement (vs. 1.2.3)
      2. Needed for fine-grained http session replication
      3. Future migration of HA-JNDI and DistributedState to 4.0.x series

      However, we can't do it in 1.2.4SP1 because of binary incompatibility. We will fix this in 1.2.4SP2. Expected in 2 weeks.
