EJB3Deployer missing DynamicInterceptor

    Description

      The WebServiceDeployerEJB3 requires the EJB3Deployer have org.jboss.mx.interceptor.DynamicInterceptor installed. Head has this installed, but the 4.0 branch does not.

      Could this be enabled please?
