Modify JNDIView to include HAJNDI bindings in a cluster environment

It would be beneficial to provide an mbean listing of HA-JNDI bindings similar to what's provided for local JNDI bindings in JNDIView. This might be accomplished in various ways but the simplest approach would be to incorporate the HA-JNDI bindings into the existing JNDIView mbean's list() and listXML() output.
