Queue message counter history does not detect end of first day correctly.

This problem can be seen by using the listMessageCounterHistory method on the MBean of the deployed queue.

If a Queue is deployed after midday and messages are sent to the queue the listMessageCounterHistory will correctly show the counts.

If the clock is then advanced to the following morning and more messages are sent to the queue the messages will show in the morning of the first day instead of a new row being added to the results.
