Sample-bindings.xml doesn't have binding for port 1161

When using cluster-binding in a 5.0.0 Alpha cluster environment, the second node fails to utilize an alternate binding for port 1161. This port is used by jboss.jmx:name=SnmpAgent,service=snmp,type=adaptor. The sample-bindings.xml file doesn't currently provide bindings for this service.
