Add MySQLConnectionValidator

MySQL Connector/J now support connection.ping() (it was actually always there but not public). We should add a mysql specfic ConnectionValidator that works basically like the Oracle one. see release notes: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector/j/en/cj-changelog.html (apple-F on "ping")
