Fix the myfaces integration

The myfaces integration with the jbossweb-tomcat55.sar is introducing duplication, possibly conflicting jars relative to tomcat and juddi. This needs to be moved from the tomcat module into thirdparty and the duplicate jars resolved to consistent versions.
