Investigate the possibility of unsigned values for Memcached cas values

Even though not spec'd, Memcached treats cas/version values as unsigned longs.

Check whether such limit can be easily placed within Infinispan Memcached taking
in account that versions need to be generated quickly. So, efficiency is more
important than dealing with edge cases here.
