Introduce a test for Async indexing on Infinispan DirectoryProvider with Exclusive locks

I'm creating such a test to verify the combination of:

• Hibernate Search use case (using Hibernate ORM)
• Exclusive locking with an explicit master node (manual selection)
• Infinispan DirectoryProvider

I couldn't manage to see it fail but it's worth adding the test.
