Allow passing custom marshallers to the server in compatibility mode

This is useful when users want to use their own marshalling. This is needed e.g. when using SpyMemcached Client in compatibility mode.

For embedded cache it's configured this way:
builder.compatibility().enable().marshaller(marshaller);
