Futures in dist.exe and map/reduce do not throw CancelllationException

After submitting a task to dist.executor or invoking MapReduceTask#executeAsynchronously clients get a Future handle for the task. If task is cancelled using that Future subsequent call to Future#get should throw CancellationException
