JGroupsTransport.invokeRemotely can throw SuspectExceptions even in SYNCHRONOUS_IGNORE_LEAVERS mode

In 5.1 we had a ResponseFilter for the "ignore leavers" case, which avoided throwing the SuspectedException.

Because of NBST I had to disable the filter, but I didn't realize that it would cause SuspectedException to reappear.
