ClusteredGetCommand should not be a VisitableCommand

ClusteredGetCommand was made visitable during early phase of NBST implementation and later this was found to be unnecessary and this change should be undone.

Currently this has no harmful effects because processing of ClusteredGetCommand is not done via interceptor chain.
