Upgrade the x-site tests so that they can be run from default profile

Due to the complex setup(3 parallel clusters), the xsite tests can only be run in sequence (./bin/xsitetestrunner.sh).
It is possible to upgrade the test suite to run them in parallel together with the rest of the tests by using the SHARED_LOOPBACK protocol in jgroups.
