Avoid adapter wrapping by implementing JBoss Marshaller's own ByteOutput in our ByteStream implementations

All our stream implementations need to be wrapped in an adapter when fed into JBMAR's writers, while we could simply declare the interface without even needing to add methods, as we already use the same methods.
