LoaderConfiguration wrapped in a CacheStoreConfiguration

Defining a CacheLoader in configuration is currently broken, unless it's also annotated with CacheLoaderMetadata.

Affects the LegacyConfigurationAdaptor only, so it should work fine for new tests using the new configuration API.
