The command retry mechanism in StateTransferLockInterceptor doesn't work properly if a target node died

When one of a command's target nodes leaves the cluster, StateTransferLockInterceptor is supposed to catch the SuspectException and retry the command.
This mechanism doesn't work, because the SuspectException is wrapped inside a CacheException.
