Make demos discoverable by RHQ out of the box

All demos should start with the following system properties so that they can be discovered by monitoring tools such as RHQ out of the box:

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=6996 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false
