Fix the inconsitency around the way to enable a sub configuration

I noticed an inconsistent behavior in the code indeed it is required to call builder.invocationBatching().enable() or builder.jmxStatistics().enable()... to enable them but builder.transaction().recovery() automatically enables the recovery.
