Add combiner function to MapReduce

Add functionality to optionally use a combiner between Map and Reduce phases (see http://research.google.com/archive/mapreduce.html part 4.3 Combiner Function). This enables to adjust API to be less restrictive - Reduce.reduce function could consume and return different types of objects.
