Make it possible to disable a CacheStore via JMX

There should be the ability to disable a CacheStore via JMX. This could be a temporary disabling of a configured cache store, but also the ability to completely remove a cache store from a chain of cache stores, and even the cache loader/store interceptors from the interceptor stack.
