      Description

PUT request are rejected, seemingly independent of application internal routing/handlers.

      E.g
      curl -i -H "Accept: text/plain" -X PUT -d "payload" http://localhost:8080/test
      is answered with:
"Access to the specified resource () has been forbidden."
where the response doesn't seem too be generated from the routing library or any middleware.
