Invalid message regarding saved trigger definitions

When editing a(ny) trigger definition (from App Server or URL or...), the next time we go to a URL availability/response time page, there's an alert saying "Changes saved successfully."

This was an old behavior when we had in-place edit of URL trigger definitions. Now we just can edit them on Alert Center.

Note: this wasn't actually showing as there was an incorrect path set for the directive (which throws an exception to js console), but once the path is fixed, the behavior happens.
